Mitchell Tower

Just thought that the Spires of the Tower looked like some kind of Gothic Space Ship.

The Tower stands some 230ft above the quadrangle of Marischal College and has long been the target of students who have climbed it, Ever since the twenties and one William Ludwig left a Skeleton wearing a top hat at the top, there was a Belisha beacon in the fifties and more recently a traffic cone have adorned the spire along with sundry banners, much to the chagrin of the occupants of the building next door Aberdeens "finest" aka Grampian Police.
