Mixer

This is one of 3 mixers at the bakery. It is capable of mixing 340 kg of dough per bacth. It mixes each batch in about 4 minutes. That is a lot of bread. There are 2 mixers for the 2 bread lines at this bakery each capable of producing 9000 loaves an hour.

The remaining mixer is used on the roll line, that can produce arouind 20,000 rolls an hour.
