What a day; feeling horribly ill tonight and was nearly asleep at my desk by 3.00 this afternoon. I haven't really been feeling well since I returned to Aberdeen from Yorkshire just after Christmas... Just a bit run-down and feeling like the definition of 'January blues' at the moment. Luckily for me, M is absolutely brilliant at looking after me, and cooked us a lovely dinner while I spoke to Mum on the phone, while pressed against the radiator!

This is me, straight out the shower - no make up (a brave one for me!) and still a bit damp. Despite it being only 9pm, I think this might be my bedtime now... Useless...
