The most awkward seat in the WORLD

This seat is possibly the most awkward and useless seat in the world.It's at a central station in Liverpool city centre and is concaves within the wall-it puzzles me every time I pass it how one is meant to perch upon it...however i find it strangely retro and charming. One 'interesting' thing I did notice about this photo is the illusion of what looks like a skull in the middle right-anyone else see it or is it the large glass of wine I've had talking?
