What time is it then?

My birthday today me and my brother in law and my daughters boyfriend went to Newcastle to meet up with my son and brother as we were going to the Hyena comedy club later. After a couple of pints we headed up towards town , passing this amazing clock that was once above a jewellers (now a print shop) . The time was about 7 so both clock faces were wrong .
