Spicy Beef

Felt better the next day so we wandered around Chengdu and fell in love with it (largely due to our hostel). This photo was taken in the grounds of a very commercialised temple which had a glorious food street full of temptuous street stalls. In recovery mode I played it safe but my friends revelled in spicy beef and duck spring rolls and I was very jealous.
