Lightpainting - The First

Shutting down the house for bed, I realized the small amount of light kicked by my holiday light lit fireplace would make for some pretty long-exposure shots. Halfway through taking a number of shots that all were worthless, I had the oh-so-clever idea to try painting with light. In this case, a cell phone.

I'll play more with this later, but for now I'm happy with my first attempt at this popular trend.
