Morton Castle

Another trip down to Carronbridge near Dumfries to visit my Gran again today. Its her 80th this week - and pretty fit for 80 she is too!

Took this on the a detour on the way home! According to my Gran (so she told me when I was younger) they used to hold competitions to see if anyone could build a contraction capable of flying from one side of the loch to the other!

I wouldn't like to try it!!
