Back on the Baking!

Well after last weeks episode of toothache I decided it was time to go baking bonkers! Over the last couple of days I've made red velvet cupcakes, ameretti cupcakes and lemon polenta cake (pictured). All of which are first attempts and notes have been taken. Polenta cake could of been left in oven a wee bit longer as it kind of flopped in the middle but hey ho it's tastes good and I would try it again!
