BKB!!

Big Kindy Boy on board here today!! Our little kindy and daycare in small town NZ have waiting lists a mile long. The kindy is age based entry so it's a bit better than the daycare but it's still a pretty long wait till they can even enter afternoon kindy, which is the shortest session and only 3 days a week in the afternoons for two hours. Anyway, he's finally in, age 3 years 9 and a half months...he's a tall blighter so he actually looks older than most of the little shorties around him. So glad he's finally in, surrounded by the kids he'll be going to school with :) There is a bonus to our long waiting lists though...it means our town is booming! Awesome! There was a time there where the population was dwindling but she's started to pick up dramatically in the last few years thanks to the mines.
Well, there he is, trying to blow a balloon, he wanted to wear his dinosaur top again, he's a bit dinosaur mad. I keep trying to explain that they're extinct but I still think he thinks they just don't live where we are. Asked him to pose for this photo and got some pretty weird shots. Didn't want to sit still, didn't want his photo taken for once!...and kept talking instead of smiling lol, but I liked this one. YAYYYYY KINDY, he's made his first step in the ladder of education, sniff sniff. :)
