Heather's first customer is Mrs Jenkins who is buying some new underwear today. The till is quite a challenge for Heather but she is determined to overcome her nervousness. Mrs Grant will be watching, but everything goes well, and Mrs Jenkins leaves with her purchases in a stylish carrier bag.
