Sand Picture

The only photo I took today. I didn't get home from work unto 8:45pm and I was too knackered to set anything up so this is it.

And what this is exactly is an old sand picture which Bob bought for me about twenty two years ago and which H found when we were putting the Christmas deccies back in the attic. All the water had gone but I used a syringe to fill it up and it still works. Since Christmas it's sat on the window sill and both boys have been besotted with it. The fascination isn't waning yet as you can see.

There is something weirdly compelling about it...a bit like a lava lamp...remember them?
