Amazing halo around tonight's full moon. Both reasons to get out and point camera at it.

Whenever I think of photographing the moon, lyrics fom a little-known album called Radio K.A.O.S come to mind. It was a solo project of ex-Pink Floyd front man Roger Waters. In a track called "The Tide is Turning", the following lyrics:

Satellite buzzing through the endless night
Exclusive to moonshots and world title fights
Jesus Christ, imagine what it must be earning
