Broken boiler!

No hot water or heating for 5 days- have decided we can do without heating due to this wonderful thing! However no hot water .......boiling kettles to wash and boys threatening to leave home as they can't wash their hair properly. Teenagers!! Borrowing friends showers and hoping spare part comes soon. Aren't we very spoilt nowadays?!
