Tuesday: Nelson

Now, you know that I am not one to miss a really obvious London landmark, so here is a really obvious London landmark for you, in the shape of Nelson's column in Trafalgar Square.

Uncle D. and Cousin J. have come to stay for the night.  J. has an interview tomorrow for a university placement to study maths down south so we have put them up for the night and given J. a pep talk prior to his interview plus fed him a large roast chicken.

We are having big trauma about getting the cats to Croatia - turns out that no airline flies aircraft there that can accommodate pets......they could go as excess baggage in the cabin but the maximum weight is 8kg.  Our cats weigh 7.2 kg and....11kg!!!!  Watch this space to see how the drama unfolds!
