No secret; my pattern under pressure; displacement activities that
temporarily mask the perfomance anxiety, but ultimately (it doesn't take long)
make life much harder.
Uploaded the weekend's images to blip last night, forgot to prepare and pack the paper's for today's meetings, necessitating a swift cycle home when time pressure is already squeezing hard.
Enjoyed the strength and speed of my legs, but that's not the point.
