BMW Engine

Over the next few day's I'm going to dedicate my blip to the car engine. Another everyday item we use and completely forget about how it works and the wonders that lie within.

So my first photo is of the wonderful colour this rocker has achieved from years of being submerged in oil at high temperatures (well not too high). If you look in the distance you can also see the worn part of the rocker that is very shiny, this is why I find the component so interesting you get a great variety of colours and textures.

This is part of a 1994 1.8L BMW I4 engine incase anyone is interested.
