39/366 - Graffiti

Another quick one for me tonight! Will try harder tomorrow!!

This graffiti was taken on my running route along the River Irwell. They have been redoing the graffiti and it looks very striking as you run past it. So well worth a blip!

Ran 10km for the first time in a good while, and have consequently done something to my hamstring. Dag nam it!! Bath for me in an attempt to ease it me thinks!
