Green eggs, hold the ham

These are what our three hens lay every couple of days. They've been in winter (non-laying) mode for a good few weeks, and I thought they'd come to the end of their eggs. They're about three years old and this wouldn't be untypical. But, surprise surprise, with the days lengthening, here we go again.
We like the green-ish egg from our Araucana hen.
