Blind Boy

I haven't seen a collection box like this since my childhood. If my memory serves me correctly there was this type and then the one with the little boy with callipers on his legs. I found this one outside a shop in London. It struck me as at once touching and creepy while the colours and clothes were like something from a Peter and Jane book. And yes, I did put some money in his box to thank him for letting me take his photo.
