Heart
.......shaped moon.
I spent most of the day at my old address and realise just how much work there is still to do there (I offer up a silent prayer, "God, give me strength")
I took some quite considerable loads of 'stuff' to the local Charity Shop including quite a number of handbags, yes, you heard me right, I forsook bags! Whilst there it was imperative I had a quick look at the goodies available, I needed some break from the humdrum 'house moving' carry on.
I left the shop with a £2.00 crocodile leather handbag and a chastisement upon myself.
When I finally arrived back at my mini palace I collapsed onto the couch thinking I'd never be able to move again.
I did though.
For about nearly ten years I have lived in places where the nearest shops were a long drive in the car to get to. Now, not only do I have Street Lights (Wow!) but I can walk to the local Co-op. It may be hard to grasp that this is so wonderfully novel for me. And so this evening, I picked myself up off the couch and tottered along to the shop. I met Donald on the return journey and we saw, through the trees, a large red harvest moon. This is the photo I took - the clear roundness metamorphosed to a heart.
