Relaxation

A day in the house alone for me! What a novelty! H went to nursery, and according to hubby, went in nice and happily, barely looking back, so that's definitely one of the better days. My car is still in the garage, and what was meant to be a £100 job, is now costing in excess of £500 probably (final total to be decided!). It's not a great time for it, but it needs doing, so not much I can do about it.

Since I had no car and no child, I had a lazy day, watching TV, catching up on some sleep, and eating chocolate! I think I'm entitled to do nothing once in a while. My dad came round late afternoon, and took me to collect H from nursery. Sounds like she had a good day, but was very tired and a bit moany on the way home. She wouldn't eat her dinner, but spent the evening showing off her new trick - climbing up onto the top of the sofa, and kamikaze jumping off it. She's turned a bit adventurous since her soft play outing at the weekend!
