Tieneke - A Last Goodbye

This is a bit of a sad moment. Tieneke, shown here in her temporary home in the bird centre, has had serious health problems (probably a partial paralysis). She has been in the loving and caring hands of Monique and the girls of the centre, but it would not heal. These last days her condition worsened. Now the verdict could not be delayed any longer...

I had a couple of images of interesting guests of the bird centre (Curlews, Northern Gannet), but this needed to be a tribute to Tieneke.
