Hydrogen Spectroscopy
Prayer breakfast to start off the day, mainly praying for our events week which takes place next week. Later in the morning I had a physics workshop, but I was being pathetic and had a mental block or three, and so didn't get much done.
Handed in my lab report in the afternoon, and began work on my second experiment - hydrogen spectroscopy. It was good fun, even though both tasks of looking through the spectrometer at the spectral lines and reading the angle off the vernier scale hurt our eyes rather. Afterwards, my lab partner and I decided to walk back to town but took a rather indirect route, no thanks to my sense of direction.
Did an online electromagnetism diagnostic test in preparation for the next part of our physics course, and found myself twisting my arm in the air, trying to remember the right-hand, or possibly left-hand, rule. Didn't realise I had forgotten so much since I last did any electrical stuff.
