Starting point

Rightio blippers, todays blip seems odd i know.
My new scales arrived today after having some dodgy old ones for a good few years that told me i ranged from 3st to 11st... yeah:/
And for a little bit now i've been watching my weight, see i'm not FAT but i used to be happy with my body and now i have what i like to call a "food baby"
So the starting point, weighing 9st, my aim is to lose 1st and get to my target of 8st! WISH ME LUCK
