Beach side Morning Practise

The Festival of Perth will start tomorrow with a Choral Concert on Cottesloe Beach at 7.00am.

This morning the cast of some 300 singers and 3 orchestral sections were rehearsing. They changed the normal casual flow of early morning swimmers with their beautiful voices and great music.

Tomorrow they will return to an expected large audience of concert goers, intermingled with the normal early morning swimmers.

This shot caught the small wind section at one end of the beach competing with an early morning swimmer's shower after his morning dip.

I am looking forward to going down again tomorrow morning for the "real thing". It will be interesting to see the comparison, and how our normal beach routine will be changed.
