Ouch!

Woke up with terrible back pain, couldn't stand up, or sit down! Course cancelled in Birmingham and booked in to chiropractor for 2pm. Ouch!! That hurt! Seems have twisted pelvis on right hand side. She cracked my spine 4 times. Can't believe I paid £50 for the pain! This pic was the only effort I could muster today as I picked up some painkillers from the chemist. Early to bed but v uncomfortable and up at 4 watching Cagney and Lacey upright on settee!
