no snow falling today !

Yes!
The sun came out, or rather the clouds disappeared....
....so we dug away tons of snow, moved barrows and barrows of wood, dried the washing on the line, "bottom skied" on straw filled old chicken feed sacks, played football with next door's dog who is clueless about football despite being young and Italian (see yesterday's blip)-and other stuff like strawberry liquer at neighbour's house-apres ski, and of course took some photos.
Buddy put the snow chains on the car in the vain hope that tomorrow we can get down to the village.
Stufa's are lit, wine in glasses and are now resorting to frozen chicken nuggets for dinner!
