Quite a challenge and taking it on my phone doesn't help. though the various photo apps I've downloaded of late gave me a fighting chance. This was taken using the Camera360 Android app and the lomo - movie options.

But this really is a great winter recipe I leant a few years ago for a veggie stew with dumplings. mmmm.
