Mural painted onto the wall of a building near Avenham Park, Preston.

It depicts a scene from the Ecstasy of Saint Teresa - a sculpture in Rome by Bernini.

Took quite a bit of research to track this one down, although anyone who knows the area will be well familiar with it.
