Self Explanatory

Long day and am coming down with something.

In bed with a huge bottle of water , a lemsip and a sense of feeling sorry for myself

Am sure it will be ok with a couple of early nights

Have relied on chocolate heavily today and yes this chocolate cheese spread is just one of the many genres of cocoa based products that I have shovelled past my lips today.


Really helpful meeting about TTTCNBMP today at work.

Really unflattering meeting with the women in the sewing room at the hospital who was measuring me for new uniform. Out with the sensible navy and in with the hideous purple and black !! Nice !!

All good really as long as I can shake this achey ness off as am off work next week and would rather be out and about than malingering !
