On the brink!!

Oh my goodness. In the midst of a hectic 12 hour shift i took a call from my estate agent to say the chap who viewed my house has put an offer in, and it's not a silly one either. I'm pushing for a little more but if he says no then i'll probably accept anyway. I can't believe after 4 months of nothing this is happening and the timing is perfect! Thankyou to everyone who has crossed fingers for me. Can you just keep it up a little longer until the deals in the bag please :-D x
