There was a strange colour in the sky this afternoon, a brightness that hurt the eye, and a bizarre golden orb that cast heat upon the face and pained the eyes to look on it. All afeared, I grabbed my camera to record the occurrence.

Just in time too; the heavens have returned to normal.

I cropped it, sharpened a touch, and added an overlay layer (about 50% opacity) with a layer mask applied with Filterstorm's colour match tool to the blue of the sky.
