I made Gingerbread Men this evening. No, that's a lie. I baked them, but I didn't make the dough.

I left work on time for once & popped to Tesco to pick up a couple of essentials I needed, I wanted to make sure I was back home before any snow fell. As I walked past the chiller isle where the pastry usually is, I noticed carton & pots that I'd not seen before.

They were pots of cookie dough, muffin batter, bread dough etc etc, a new range all at half price, so I thought I'd give the gingerbread a whirl. Overall, it's not bad, not quite enough ginger for my liking, but not bad. I won't buy it when it goes up to full price though!
