Visiting Friends

Following a lazy morning, H and I went to visit a friend who has just had a baby boy. Whilst I was catching up with my friend, her little girl, L, took H upstairs to play. She's a bit older than H, but H went willingly and wasn't shy at all. They were very cute holding hands and leading each other around.

Unfortunately H doesn't have the concentration to sit and play properly with a 5 year old, so I don't think L was overly impressed! When L got a little bit upset over something, it was lovely to hear H in the hall saying "Are you ok L? Do you want to come in to the living room?" and giving her a cuddle. My heart melted :-)

I didn't get a photo of the new baby boy, but this is H & L watching a spot of television....something they could both do together peacefully!
