Thank F*** its Friday.

It's that time of year again - performance review, annual appraisal, personal development plan - call it what you will, I have been staring at a screen for two days until my eyes are crossed and am drooling on my chin attempting to make myself sound ace for purposes who knows what?

Something that no-one (including me) will never read until next year when I am in the groundhog day position of wondering whether I can get away with cutting and pasting last year's responses.
