Dinner, anyone??

I spent a large portion if my evening cooking this evening.. This blip shows the fruits of my labour, a cottage pie!

Apologies for tooting my own horn, but it was actually really good! I went back for second helpings!

Had a long day in Uni today, but we went to the vet school dairy farm for the first time in a year, being taught a clinical examination of the cow. It was so nice spending time outside with the cows, even if it was freezing..

Now for an early night before getting up early for pony trekking tomorrow morning!!
