Boring Old Fart

Turned down a night out tonight because I am working tomorrow. Have had a lovely meal at an old friends with the 'lads', but decided (sensibly) to call it an evening early.

Tucked up with a brew, ready to fight another day.

Also managed my first run in a long while today. It was hell! Utter hell.
