My Friend Daffy

Daffy the daffodil has shown up a wee bit early to the party in the garden. She's an early bloomer and was so looking forward to frolicking in the warm Spring sun. I tried to tell her to wait, but she felt she knew better. It was rather cool today. I only hope she will be okay. She has a few friends already gathering. There's the periwinkle and the french irises that will most likely make an appearance on here soon.

Today the challenge was extreme angle so Daffy and I came up with this. She's a little out of focus, but she really likes how tall and slender this shot makes her look.
