Toasty Warm...

Last night i was doing a bit of cycling coaching with the youngster... They just seem to shrug off the cold but us older chap's seem to struggle a bit with it...

My trusty ZIPPO hand warmer really did help give some relief throughout the evening...

Hats off to the kids that turned up though, it really showed their dedication to becoming better bike riders...
