Who is spying on who?

Me, inside, watching who is eating the seeds I give to LITTLE birds,
That bird, outside,watching who is targetting him with a black camera, a black cat, a brown cat...
It lasted a long time, everybody staying still.
I guess an external observer would have found the scene funny!
