North - it's the new South

Well, while the toughies down south are enjoying a bracing bit of ice and snow, we soft Scots are ushering in Spring. The birds are wittering (heard a blackbird or maybe a thrush yesterday) and the crocuses are sprouting. Great.

Spent half the morning with my head in the oven. Cleaning it. I used disposable wipes - not my usual approach to cleaning, but the health warnings on the alternative product frightened the daylights out of me.

Blipped this by the front door. It's like an enormous estate with trees and hedges and a bench, only much, much smaller. About six feet square in fact. It's amazing what a wide angle shot can do ;)
