Garrya Elliptica

This is one of the unsung heroes of the winter garden, in my opinion.

It's not showy, but quietly gets on with life, and produces a profusion of these long strands (9 inches/22 cm) of flowers that have very delicate colours.

It needs close inspection to enjoy the colours, of course, but even without that I think it adds something to a winter garden bereft of much else at this time of year.
