Languedoc in Winter in Edinburgh

We spent a delightful evening at La Garrigue, Eyre Place, Edinburgh hosted by the lovely Mlle Alix Roque from the Domaine de Clovallon vineyard near Faugeres. The evening was very convivial, we all sat on one large table. We tasted four delicious courses each with a different wine from her vineyard. We don't often drink white wine, so it was great to discover some great ones from this tiny vineyard all from the 2009 vintage.
