Snow Line

The snow came down last night but down in the valley the ground was too warm for the snow to stick. Looking up at the hillsides it was easy to see where the line was that it was cold enough for the snow to last. Since this is a back-blip I can report that the hills remained frosted for three more days; until the next snowfall that covered everything.
