Amélie's first day at school

It was a trip out to Scotland Street School today for us. I think I've been before but it must have been a trip with my old primary school as it was vague memories, mainly of playing with the old victorian toys, writing on slates and hanging around in the playground.

A good day out if you haven't been, the classrooms are all intact and you apart from the odd fire extinguisher, exit-vac chair and modern café, it really feels like you are in the past. Amélie decided quite quickly that she wasn't that fond of being in the pram so it meant she was carried around, I hope her first day of school is a little easier.

Managed to get some shopping in, some beautiful salmon for tea and now about to try to concentrate for the next three hours on "The Watchmen".
