Grandmother's stuff

My gran painted a bit and made things and sang and played piano.
I was reminded of this when clearing out the storage space and this wee thing turned up. She made it with wax - dropping melted wax on the surface to create the flowers etc. I have also got the special 'object' she used to melt the wax - not exactly sure how it works. might blip that another day as its quite a curious thing.

She lived into her 90s. She was out having lunch with pals, one of her favorite things to to, afterwards she collapsed at the bus stop.
Driving back from the funeral, my father - well, we all - saw a white owl fly across our path into the woods.
This was a good few years ago by the way:)
