Skating on thin ice

Saw this morning a young lady skating on the frozen canals in Bruges. Allthough it is forbidden , due to the lacking of ice layer thickness , she negelected our warnings. Hope she arrived safely. Ps My sentence structure is not that good in english so please excuse for that. Don't use it daily annymore.
