Aling Lucing's Sisig
Sisig also refers to Sizzling sisig, a Filipino dish made from parts of pig's head and liver, usually seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers. It is said that owner of this eatery invented this dish way back in 1974 and has made Pampanga as the sisig capital of the country.
