Sea Dog

Captain Blood is a salty old sea dog. His domain is the canal near Cosgrove and his rule is built on Terror and Despair. It is said of Captain Blood that he has not an ounce of compassion and that his veins run with canal water and rum. Those who have looked in his eyes speak of a fathomless despair and an emptiness that turns the spine to ice.
He once killed a man over a drunken game of Travel Scrabble and there are muttered stories that he tore a man's face off simply for spilling his bowl of Winalot.
